What are your treatment options?

Your ganglion cyst in the palm at the base of the finger can be treated in one of three ways:

1. Observation.
2. Pull some of the fluid out with a needle (aspiration).
3. Surgery to remove it. 

All three options have specific advantages and disadvantages.
